    Default Discharging old ships

    Hi All,

Is there a trick to discharging older unused ships in STO. I have gone the Earth Spacedock and at the Select you ship officer I see the ship select and discharge button. When I click on it a text box comes up and I can't do a thing with it. Please see the screenshot below.

Does Cryptic want you to buy more and more ship spots? Is that it?

    Any guidence would be appriciated.

    Thanks

Did you click the box that shows ur ships name?

Once you do that the box should clear and you will have to type in the name of the ship to verify thats the one u wand to discharge
If i remember correctly upper case and lower case dont matter. You may need to put the periods tho in the U.S.S. part but not sure on that

Thank you all for your advice.

I was able to clean up my ship list. Once I selected the ship I wanted to discharge, I had to hit my space bar to clear the ship name field and then re-enter the ship name. Then click the OK button to discharge the old ship.

    Again thanks

    Cheers
